Miranda IM, it looks like it'll be the one. Simple, customizable, connects to all the chat services, and it works in Japanese! I've always been jealous of the Adium X interfaces for the Mac, and I found this one, searching for Adium for windows. So far it's working great, the only problem is Miranda is almost too customizable.

What do you do with your pocket change; tip it, hand it out to the pan handlers, save it? I invest mine.
